Hello everyone!
I hope your week’s been going great so far. I’ve just pulled together "The Click List" for you: I tried to create a mix of inspiring and eye-opening finds that tie perfectly into this week’s newsletter, How to Build Your Digital Confidence (Even if You’re Starting Out). While I was organizing this list I thought that a reason why I chose to give you this clicks is because I believe that whether you’re working on a big project or just trying to get through your to-do list, these links are here to inspire and guide you.
So, please check because these are GOOD!
1. How to Manage Your Stress More Effectively
By Stanford & Colorado State University Researchers | Link
Unfortunately, stress is inevitable.. whether it’s a project deadline (we’ve all been there) or an unexpected life twist. This short TED-Ed talk gives you some valuable thoughts on how you can train your mind and body to better manage your stress response. The advice is practical and, honestly, something we all need in our toolkit!
Why this matters: If you’re leading any kind of initiative, e.g. social change or just your own goals, managing stress is critical. I’ve learned this first-hand in my work in communications, journalism, and digital marketing, it’s not just about having the right strategies but also staying steady under pressure. This talk definitely is a perfect complement to the planning tips in this week’s newsletter.
2. Can Spotify’s Monetization Tools Challenge YouTube?
By Tyler Folkman | Link
Spotify’s new monetization features are cool, but they’re not as friendly to small creators as YouTube’s. YouTube’s low entry requirements (1k subs and 4k watch hours) beat Spotify’s steep ones (10k hours in 30 days!).
Why this matters:
As someone in digital marketing, I know how important it is for smaller creators to get started easily. YouTube’s ads and tools like Super Chats make it easier to earn, while Spotify might be better for creators with loyal, paying followers. My POV to this is that if you’re just starting now, YouTube’s got your back with faster and more flexible monetization!
3. Check Out This Instagram Account: @simplydigital.gr
This account by an inspiring entrepreneur, with 20 years of business-building experience and a track record that includes the Greek Entrepreneurship Award (twice!) and recognition as a top entrepreneur by the US State Department, is worth a follow!
Why it is interesting: Okay, so we’re not exactly in the same field, his focus is more on entrepreneurship, while I’m all about social change and digital impact. But hear me out: his approach to creativity, resilience, and strategy has takeaways for anyone trying to lead meaningful initiatives. Building a business or a social change project? Mindsets overlap more than we think!

4. Top Trending Topics In The US Right Now
By Fabio Duarte | Link
This list of the top 100 trending topics in the US is pure gold! From TikTok Ads to AI breakthroughs and even Bamboo Pajamas (yes, really), these trends are shaping conversations and innovation for 2025.
Why it matters: They are long-term trends with real potential to grow.. This list gives you a pulse on what’s next. It’s SUPER important for anyone in digital communication and innovation. They show where the world is heading and how we can adapt or lead.
Let me tell you what caught my eye!! And I would love to here from you what caught your eye, as well!!
TikTok Ads (3,000% growth!): The platform is redefining digital advertising with creative and engaging video formats.
Claude AI (99x+ growth!): A powerful alternative to ChatGPT, I would say.
Digital Product Passports (99x+ growth!): A game-changer for sustainability and ethical sourcing.
5. AI Predicts Earth’s Peak Warming
By Josie Garthwaite | Link
Here’s the deal: AI is being used to figure out how high global temperatures might go and the news is tough. Even if we stop pumping greenhouse gases into the atmosphere by the 2050s, there’s still a slim chance we’ll stay under that 1.5°C warming limit. But the good news? We can prepare better for the extreme weather and challenges ahead.
Why this matters: We’re talking about the future of our planet here. As someone who’s worked in communications and spent years turning complicated topics into simple, actionable insights, I think this is the kind of research that gives us the tools to act smarter. It’s not just about the problems, it’s about what we can do!
That’s it for this week’s Click List! I hope you found something in here!
