Step 2: Schedule Your Breaks as Non-Negotiable Appointments
Carve out 30 minutes each day.
No scrolling.
No emails.
Just you. No digital distractions.
Take a walk, read a book, or simply breathe.😤
Step 3: Get Creative Offline
Write ideas in a journal.
Sketch your thoughts.
Talk with a friend face-to-face.
Watch how your creativity can bloom.🌼
I tried this digital detox.

These aren’t magic words…just simple, practical steps!
Plan your detox like a meeting.
Block it on your calendar.
Honor it, like any client call.
Remember, you don’t lose momentum.
You gain clarity and energy.
You improve your decision-making and productivity.

Reply with your thoughts or write it down in your journal.
